Blade BM7000s software - October 12th 2012 **
Mega-Update, with many new powerful functions:
1. 7 Day EPG: Box is now compatible with 7 Day/PVR EPG streams in Europe and Middle East.
2. FAV Group navigation: Now you can use << and >> in Channel List mode to change thru FAV Groups.
3. Blade Online - Now you can download channel files online, without using USB stick.
4. Timeshift Mode added - Select in MENU>UTILS>DISK MANAGER>Auto Timeshift.
5. User Online Update added - User can now add their own online update function:-
MENU>SYSTEM SETTINGS>IP SETTINGS>BLUE (Firmware Update)>BLUE (Edit) - User can now either add IP address or URL of their Blade Stream Media Server. See section below about setting up Blade Stream.
6. Media Player:-
Press PLAY or F1 to start player (as before).
Now users can stream from their PC or another PC across internet as well as normal USB. To set up streaming from PC use Blade Stream software (see section below about setting up Blade Stream software).
7. NTSC Mode added.
8. Increased media file compatibility for playback.
9. Small bug fixes.

Streaming is coming in too.
Won't be long now - but as the EPG is popular, it is a 'nice to have' - so I'd expect testing to be concentrating on ironing out any other bugs in the firmware before a release woud be considered.
cough ... lol they don't support sub rings etc ...
You need the unofficial firmware which is why there's forums or here for people to get it.
Rule of thumb - never get the Brand New code - as soon as it's out someones gotta work their magic on it to have the bit youre missing. Better late than ever

I put 1.19 firmware onto my blade box, I then added the January update, went to my ip setting entered blademedia.com, I pressed ok and a message appeared stating that the connection had failed, after this I went to the blade online option on system settings, my file list appeared I then licked on Astra 28.2 and I selected my refion pressed ok, I then went to my channels and chose skysports 1hd, a message appeared sating scrambled channel. Later I entered 991 and the server list appeared my connection 0 which is active says that it is disconnected. I don't know what do, can someone please tell me how to resolve this matter, much appreciated!
